A 90-minute group workshop for creatives and entrepreneurs ready to get clear about what actually matters right now.

Using a performance lens borrowed from elite athletic coaching, participants will identify the two or three goals that truly matter to their work, check that those goals aren't quietly working against their own sustainability, and dig one layer deeper into the why underneath them, often surfacing something they didn't expect to find. Part reflection, part strategy, part shared experience with the room. Participants leave with real clarity, and a deeper understanding of what to do next.
