Gallery Opening Reception with Live Jazz from HJF Sounds Around Town
oin (Creative Legion) for the opening of Hard Palate by local curator, Tara Foley, now an official stop of the Hudson Jazz Festival. This exhibition explores the hard palate. Tara believes as anatomy sharpens tone, art sharpens perception.
Featuring works by Becca Van K, Kelsey Renko, June Glasson, Lexa Walsh, John Desousa, Daria Irincheeva, ransome, Gracelee Lawrence, and Ace Lehner.
As part of Hudson Jazz Festival’s Sounds Around Town, enjoy an intimate set with Maia Jarrett (vocals), Leo Belsky (piano), and Noah Jarrett (bass), a trio whose sound bridges body and space just as the artists’ works bridge perception and expression.

Join us for the Opening Reception for our latest exhibit with Good Black Art (@goodblackart), 𝘞𝘢𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘙𝘰𝘰𝘮, during Upstate Art Weekend (@upstateartweekend). 𝘞𝘢𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘙𝘰𝘰𝘮, our second summer exhibition, invites visitors into an immersive environment where domestic space becomes a site of reflection, care, and transformation.
Co-curated by artist and designer Braden A. Hollis (@bootlegballerina) and realized through the spatial design of Pablo Olguin (@eyypablo), this exhibition blends art and design across disciplines into a warm, lived-in environment. From early sketches and brainstorming to furniture, floor plans, and found objects, every piece reveals a creative process rooted in care, intention, and collaboration.
